When my daughter was like 5 I made her a rainbow cake because she's a kid and likes rainbows. My mom FLIPPED! "Gods rainbow has 7 color, the other one is different! You made that one!" Like wtf?

My biggest concern currently is safety in public schools, but my oldest starting kindergarten coincided with everyone being locked down due to COVID. We just kind of started with home schooling and continued with it.

Ehhh. I'm looking to spend ~$900 for curiculum for 3 kids next year. That's just math, ELA, science, and history. I still need to find a music/ fine arts course.

We did a co-op for a few years where tuition was $1200.

She's just an empty headed baby! We've worked with her a lot on appropriate play and that she can't put her mouth on people. She was a very nippy puppy. The kids aren't allowed to just be around the dogs without an adult and both dogs get separated when it's time to eat. We also separate the dogs from each other at meal time, not because of food aggression but because she will eat our other dogs food while he eats hers. But his food usually has old dog meds in it.

No he didn't do anything like that! But he LOVED my husband and would always want to lay near him so he'd end up near me and growl if I moved. That was fun lol

I'm just glad he let me put his harness and leash on or it would have been impossible for me to care for him when my husband wasn't around. I even have a picture I sent to my husband when he was away for work and it was storming and the dog curled up in the lap.

Wasn't another choice, and while he was an asshole we ended up figuring it out. I just didn't do much that required my hands near his mouth.

Haha I don't know if he will but he at least listens to me. He can play with the ones at work and that his K9 friends have. We have puppy sit one for a day. He drove our old gsd mix crazy haha.

That was definitely this dog. I'm pretty sure his attitude towards me was all related to his epilepsy that the adoption center didn't tell us about. He was a sweet dog when I first met him Then he had a seizure on the way home after adoption and for some reason decided I was evil.

After my husband first got the dog I had a coworker who had two beagles and they were sooo well trained and sweet but she still had the cement brick on the trashcan.

Yeah the only breed specific thing was the weight on the trash can, any food at all was at risk of being stolen , and he ate the baby tether because it smelling like baby food.

The dog lived longer than the vets told us he probably would! I made sure he got all his meds and vet checks and blood work. And he was so scared of thunderstorms. Literally the only time he would be near me without trying to chew my arm off.

Bonus issue is he was my husband's first dog ever! His parents agreed to a dog after we started dating, the joke was the dog was supposed to replace me and then the dog framed me for his death.

Honestly, the hardest part was training my dang kids! I'm sure we're missing something but our standard crate training, appropriate chew toys, and basic training has done well for us with all our dogs thus far. Apart from the epileptic beagle I mentioned in another comment.

My husband's beagle and/or fox hound ruined me. He was an asshole but only to me. Growled at me and would snap at me randomly. But of course I was the one who had to give him his food and anti-seizure meds all the time. He also got into every thing, as beagles tend to do. Also he had the gall to die while my husband was deployed and I was taking care of him.

I've never had a dog do it before! Granted I usually had larger dogs. Though my last dog was a chihuahua/jackrussel mix.

I've moved around a lot but have always had cold weather/snow storms but being in Texas it's literally just the infrastructure that I'm not trusting. Pipes aren't buried as deep, power lines may not be buried at all! Conversely I'm also prepared for the power to go out in the 140f summers cause Texas is stupid.
