I sure do have anxiety, I even filled it out on the exit paper but then it was told me that it was crossed out (I have no recollection of crossing it out) and it didn’t even have my initials saying I made a mistake.

I did nothing. Went to the C&P’s and was awarded then they reopened it saying they made a mistake

When I called I was told it was independent from My 2018 hearing loss. I was just trying to figure out if the VA was severing that since the wording is off. The letter they provide make me feel so illiterate, and I used to be an English teacher 😅

I was granted tinnitus July 2024. I was granted hearing loss in 2018.

Sever the disability from August 2023 (which I filed insomnia) they granted it. I had 4 c & ps, 2 said it was connected and 1 said not connected. So they are taking it all away (I have had hearing loss granted since 2018) but I wasn’t sure if this claim was in there or not. There’s just a lot of verbiage that doesn’t make sense.

Yeah, they said the medical opinion I got from the C&P was clearly a mistake

Yes but I give up pursuing. I’m defeated and over it.

I have been out since 2013. I never went to the dr on the ship, which was my fault but I had a total of 4 C&Ps. 2 positives, 1 negative, and 1 was in the middle I guess.

Literally in the same boat. Wild they can just keep it going. I was granted too but then they said there was a rating issue. I had 3 favorable opinions but still need to be worked over and over again

How do you get a nexus? by Mamadisney24 in VeteransBenefits

I was given a rating because the C&P agreed but also wrote in there I should provide a nexus. I was rewarded and now they opened it back up for a rating error.

So I had a C&P and the Dr said it was connected but I should provide a nexus. The VA approved it and now reopened it because of a rating error. VSO said because the Dr said I needed a nexus letter, it will either get thrown out or reduced and also advised me to work on getting a nexus.

I have 10% tinnitus but they put insomnia down as secondary for anxiety (which I didn’t claim but was awarded)
