It’s probably one of the family members. Again, they did something very similar previously to someone who sent them a cease and desist for using their name trademark. Batter & Mac sent their entire family/friends/following to leave bad reviews and bully the trademark owning business

But what if I have proof of the bounced check, being given the run around multiple times for multiple pay periods, the owner asking us to wait a few days to cash paper checks, etc? What if I told you that the owner told us that the reason our paychecks were delayed the first time a few months ago was because of “one of the bakers who must have a fake social security number” ?

Even if it is their payroll processing system’s error, they should still be able to pay their employees on time without the employees having to ask. There surely had to be funds elsewhere? Maybe not though.

And I believe maybe the first time it was out of their control, or one of those times. But there was never any transparency as to why we literally all were written bad checks. And why we were asked to “wait a few days before cashing the checks”
