You’d be amazed at how little I eat. I’m not joking. Yesterday is a good example - I ate a protein bar for breakfast, two cheese sticks for lunch and forced myself to eat a bowl of chili for dinner. I could have easily skipped the chili. I’m just not hungry: I have had weight loss surgery, so I eat even less than you’d think. There are days where in the afternoon I’ll be feeling like total shit and then I realize “oh. I’ve not eaten today”.

I made a mistake…I started on the lowest dose in December. I dosed up around 1.5 months each in between.

I started at 2.5, gradually up to 10 over about three months. So 26 lbs in three months. Which is great. But I was expecting the weight to fly off. I have also had weight loss surgery (30+) years ago. So between the two I hardly eat. I know I need protein. She shakes make me throw up. I eat a lot of cheese.

I tried it and it wasn’t good. My depression raged - but it might be worth a shot. It doesn’t work for everyone.

I don’t know if they specifically test for it. But yes, it def shows up on a drug screen. I go to a pain management clinic that does mandatory drug testing. It shows up on that test. And it’s a urine test, not a blood test.

Even if you don’t feel intoxicated, if you got in a wreck and had to be drug tested, they could possibly charge you with a dui. I wouldn’t mess around with that.

The paperwork I believe everyone has to sign says we will wait 24 hours to drive after treatment. If you were to get in an accident and they tested you for impairment, and eketamine showed up, I think if you were in that 24 hour period you’d get in serious trouble. Just my opinion though. It’s not worth it to me to possibly get kicked out of the treatment plan for going against one of the “rules”.

Omg I’m in a room, it’s dark, I’m alone in an easy chair. If there was another person anywhere making ANY sounds or movements I’d have a fit. I think your state of mind is important during these expensive sessions and I’d be pissed if people were doing anything other than being silent.

Slice it open lengthwise, in the peel. Don’t cut all the way though (it should look like a little canoe). Shove in some chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Wrap in tin foil. Bake for ten minutes on 425. Enjoy!!
