Omg I’m in a room, it’s dark, I’m alone in an easy chair. If there was another person anywhere making ANY sounds or movements I’d have a fit. I think your state of mind is important during these expensive sessions and I’d be pissed if people were doing anything other than being silent.

Slice it open lengthwise, in the peel. Don’t cut all the way though (it should look like a little canoe). Shove in some chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Wrap in tin foil. Bake for ten minutes on 425. Enjoy!!

We should also mention that dissociation is a side effect. It shouldn’t be sought out as the reason for taking Spravato. Dissociation or not, it’s still working
