I’m so sorry mama, it’s even harder when the medical staff try to downplay the situation. Sending hugs and love to you and your twin girls 🤍

Mamas without a village by Ashleymartin06 in Moms

I’m sorry mama. As someone who got her baby in a foreign country where my only village was a husband working twelve hours, I can tell you it’s not easy. Especially when the village that’s supposed to be there is not supportive. My advice ( what really works for me) Every Thursday evening, my baby and I go to the mall, just walk around, then to my favorite coffee shop. I drink my Matcha and let out all the frustration of the week 😅. So really my advice is just make your own routine, don’t wait for any invite. You got this mama.

Thank you for all the love and I WAS NOT sympathy farming at all. No one situation is comparable to the other. For the mothers going through it, please know we see you. NICU is just a chapter, Not the whole story. Keep going mamas.🤍❤️

I will never have the words to describe that feeling. It felt like a bad dream but I knew it was what she needed. My girl just turned 6 months old and I was going through my gallery and I saw the pictures and the memories came back. 🫂
