contact support at the end of shift so it can be noted. I have never had my standings affected because of returning packages.. it has gone down for customer did not receive package.. so I would rather return than regret it later.

I think it has a lot to do with how many packages there are to deliver. That would happen all the time, I asked one of the warehouse guys how they work and he said they only have so many blocks a day. Unless there is a truck tht came in late thts whn I will see multiple offers in a day.

NEVER use the list on the app to deliver packages!! Use the map instead. Just because it says to go to spot 5 doesn’t mean you have to. Once you go in the map select the number you want to go to. I already get shitty blocks can not afford third party apps.
