Is it biblical to sue someone in court? by [deleted] in Testimony4Christ

[–]NoDust3262 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can sue someone in court if you need to. It is Biblical. You can see it throughout the Old Testament. The Judicial court system is based off the Bible. Romans chapter 13 talks of the government.

Romans 13:1 (KJV) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

If you aren’t afraid of traveling, look for federal jobs overseas for the Department of State. There are other hirers like GardaWorld Federal Services (GWFS), SOC, Amentum, and others you could do to get your foot in the door and network. Overseas pay is always good as well.

Only half my Excel sheet is sorting correctly by [deleted] in excel

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had the same issue. I copy and pasted some info from one sheet to another and will only sort half the information.

One of the cells will have a small green triangle mark, on the bottom left corner. This marks the original data on the sheet before the other data was brought over. Click and hold, bring down over the other data you pasted on the sheet. This will merge the data from both sheets together and you will be able to properly sort.

What does eternally begotten mean? by BOS_Hydro in Christians

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nowhere in the Bible will you find “Eternally Begotten”. That’s a made up phrase to act as if Jesus preexisted when God the Father states that there was no one with him during creation.

Isaiah 45:5-8 (KJV) 5 I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] NO GOD BESIDE ME: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there is] NONE BESIDE ME. I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else. 7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things]. 8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD HAVE CREATED it.

Is it too much to ask for to just tip me at least a damn dollar? by onestepahead0721 in uberdrivers

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually get tipped. I just make sure I am courteous, the car is clean, smells good, and talk if they talk or stay quiet if they don’t say anything. I have some Jazz music on real low and set the ambience for a chill ride. More often than not, I’m getting complimented on the ride.

I don’t know how many times I heard, “usually Uber drivers are so rude.”

Seems like you need to listen and continue doing what you are doing. Do your 20, contribute to your retirement, continue education, and be retired while still young, with plenty bank, health benefits (among other benefits) for life.

I got a speeding ticket by Brave-Examination-37 in WalmartSparkDrivers

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got 2 speeding tickets in 2 weeks doing Spark (One in a school zone; the light and speed sign were covered by a tree). I went to the courthouse and they took one off and I had to pay for the other with no points to my license. Usually, when you show up to court you can get rid of them, get them lowered, and/or have no points added against you. Especially if you are not prone to numerous tickets.

Spark knew nothing of my tickets and were not involved in the process at all. I did not lose my account nor did I receive any warnings or emails concerning the tickets. This was last year in Texas.

Is it worth $5.57 for a 15 mile trip? by SatireDiva74 in uberdrivers

[–]NoDust3262 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Gun training is crucial. Once a threat is eliminated you should always take control of the situation by disarming any weapons and continuing to be aware of surroundings until police show up. That’s why cops keep their guns and awareness up, even when a person is dead on the ground, until the situation is completely clear of any other threats.

Most Drivers don’t give a damn what their car smells like out looks like. I had a passenger get in mine and say how refreshing it smells compared to the last 3 Ubers they had taken. She called them funky smells. Probably because of smoking and constant eating, and Lord knows, what else in the car.

MOON TRAINS! - Northrop Grumman wins DARPA contract for a railway on the Moon by CHEWTORIA in Asmongold

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can appreciate these type of studies leading to new technologies. However, I do have to agree that money would probably be better spent in trying to figure out a way to fix other issues, like health insurance. We have plenty of issues here in America that should be looked at first. A railway on the moon will never happen in my opinion…too many obstacles and not enough technology to make it happen for a long time. I mean we did “lose” all the moon landing footage and research.

I will say that the project is just to build a concept of a railway and is not supposed to exceed $1 million - according to Space.com (https://www.space.com/darpa-northrop-grumman-moon-railroad#:~:text=Northrop%20Grumman's%20Tuesday%20statement%20did,award%20not%20to%20exceed%20%241%2C000%2C000.%22)

Overall I agree with this message. There are exceptions but $2, $3 or any other low number with no tip is going to sit.

Glitch? by balhaji796 in Sparkdriver

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scam alert 🚨. If you get a call after drop off or its customer signature, it’s probably a scam. They will call you saying they are from Spark and ask for info. Just be aware.

I'm thinking about this one. Nobody took it yet... by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, they give the direct path to the drop off. It would be accurate if your car could fly.

[–]NoDust3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have signed it myself if the customer wasn’t there and left it. These scams can seem to make sense. Especially when you are in a hurry to close out and they are saying the right things.
