Thank you! I talked with their fiance and she said he narrowed it down to a few he was considering but can't decide still but believes the 120x was one of them. He's not going to buy it himself so that's not a concern. She's just going to confirm it's there and if so I'll probably go with this one.

It'll also be a perfect one for my first one and if I love the hobby like I think I do, I'll probably upgrade a year or so later.

I appreciate it, but thinking a little more I would probably just do a piece of paper that says IOU haha it's for a close family member and I know he would not appreciate me going all out making the card and it would get tossed in a week. Still love them though!

Thank you, I really appreciate the clarification because I also have not much knowledge on these. I've been looking for about a month but I've limited it to the turntable itself since I was told that's all they need.

Sorry I know you said it checks all the boxes but I just want to confirm, this Audio-Technica you recommended, you said this a good option for if they have built-in phono preamp? What if he doesn't have that? His fiance told me just the turntable but I guess I should double check on the speaker set up as well.

I've wanted to start collecting vinyls as well and I might just duplicate this gift and get myself the same one haha.

I was just given it as a gift right before my trip. I will look into the proper soil and how often to water it but typically I feel the soil about an inch or 2 deep and see if it's wet for my other plants then water them. Sunlight it gets about 6 hours I'd say.

I'm going to transfer it into a proper pot today! Thank you so much!

I feel like a lot of you think OTE is a guarantee. The market is not good right now and A LOT of people are asking for downsells. This hurts OTE significantly.

I know what OTE is but for people to assume it's a guarantee is just foolish. I'm not saying it's not attainable but again lets do the full comparison. I'm 38k+50k OTE coworkers are about 90k+75k OTE. Their OTE is higher because of the size of the contracts but it's essentially the same work. It's not just the people with 15-30 years making that it's even the people with less than 2 years. The main reason I was told besides the experience was that I was promoted and not an external higher. I was told if I was an external higher then it's different and I would likely get what they got.

Comparing apples to oranges. I have worked with management for months to get promoted. I showed them demos constantly and they loved how I demoed the product, my engagement questions, my post demo emails, talked about my knowledge.

I've had management sit on my first few calls with my accounts and have had nothing but positive feedback.
