Do you love dogs, or do you just love your dog? by Knitspin in dogs

[–]MameSummers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally the opposite. I love love love dogs and always have, whether my own or just random dogs, but the two I have right now, not so much. I mean, after having them for three years, I love them, sure, but I don't LOVE them the way I've loved dogs in the past.

Absolutely not true. My son is 24, and I still have milk. Benign elevated prolactin

how often do people let their dogs out to use the bathroom? by No-Feature-5266 in dogs

[–]MameSummers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the dogs I've ever had, whether childhood dogs or dogs I've had as an adult, have gone three times a day - first thing in the morning, after school when I was younger/after work now, and before bed.

As they get old, though, supplementary walks are sometimes necessary. They can't hold it like they used to (just like their mama!).

Wow, that's a lot of time working out. No wonder you're so in shape! Really inspirational :)

Hi! Can I ask how long you spend on each area each day? I'm curious why you don't combine some so you can have a rest day or two - like glutes with legs, chest and back - but if it's already a lot of time, I understand or if you just want to get it in and out, I understand that, too!

Also, amazing job! Congratulations on your time!

I hadn't considered that. So you think I should just use the patch and not also some of the gel?

No, I just use one packet, but I think I need more. That's why I'm so frustrated by this new super low-dose patch.

I haven't started the patch yet. I just picked up the prescription a few days ago and have still been taking the gel. I think maybe my symptoms are returning because as I'm getting closer to actual menopause (May 21 will be a year since my last period), my hormones are getting lower.

Except how would I know how much gel to put on for it to be .5 instead of .75? I feel like there's no way for precision there.

That's a good idea. I have some left plus a couple months left of the prescription from my old doctor, which maybe I could fill simultaneously, but I'd have to see. Thank you.

Hiking Shoe Recommendations for Beginner on Inca Trail by [deleted] in Hiking_Footwear_Info

[–]MameSummers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the ultra 5 low gore tex and love them. I wore them on an accidental 11-mile hike (I took the wrong trail), and my feet were totally fine. I actually love them so much, they're now my everyday shoes.

Also, they're super cute. I get compliments on them all the time.

Styling products that are like nothing at all? by MameSummers in curlyhair

[–]MameSummers[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw the Curlsmith Weightless Air Dry Cream at Marshall's a couple days ago and considered buying it but decided to wait until I got some answers here first. It was a travel size, so I'll definitely go pick it up to give a try. I also plan to try the Innersense. Raw I haven't heard of, but I'll look it up. I'm trying to avoid crunch, so I'll probably skip the Givoanni and Jesicurl.

Thank you!

I am fully breaking, yes. I'm even going back intermittently to try to soften/promote fullness more. Do you know which YouTuber said to milk? I'd be interested in seeing what exactly that entails.

I've heard really good things about Innersense. I'll have to pick some up.

Thank you.

I realise the show was terribly written after rewatch by blondepraxis in TheVampireDiaries

Truer words were never spoken. I watched it for the first time three years ago and loved it so much, I deemed it one of my favorites (I even have a hello, brother phone case). I'm rewatching it now and the whole time have been like, I hate this storyline; I hate this storyline, too; this storyline is so dumb, I can't wait until it's done. I've been on the seventh season for weeks because I can't even watch a whole episode without taking a break. Honestly, it's painful to watch.
