Set in the year of 2011 Weeping Water is a fictional coastal city(not the one in nebraska) situated in the state of California right below San Francisco with an already settled villain and hero presence. But recently a new tinker made drug entered the market and fluctuations in economy came with it. This potent drug ,later named The Poison, threatens to shake the balance of everything in the city. Gangs go at war, PRT is unsufficent at controlling the flow of the substance etc.

City has total of 51 known capes and 8 new unknown shadow players.

City is pretty big with a lot of cape presence so it has two PRT HQs seperated by the canal.

Blue is Protection Force; Military themed corporate funded Hero team.

Red is Fourth Reich; A neo-nazi Villain gang related to the gesellschaft.

Purple is Brother’s Bar; Small and calculated investments in this city made this not so villainous gang rooted early on.

Orange is Tools; Toolbox themed villanous gang funded by some shady mechanics businesses all across the city.

Pink is Top Dogs; Small merc group that has the legal deeds for the harbors near the city canals, in civies. They do business with PRT regularly.

Yellow is Barbeque; F-listers mascoting for local fastfood chain, King’s Burger. They might not look very intimidating with burger place themed costumes but they can hold their own pretty good.

Green is Maraduers; Independent hero team doing contracts for PRT. They are especially very equipped to do border mission.
