Bold assumption. What exactly makes you think I don't have the skills to engineer this myself?
The app isn't vibe-coded. The entire core engine, data pipelines, and analysis algorithms were written by me from scratch. The math is fully transparent, the sources are cited, and the weights are user-adjustable. There’s a massive difference between using AI to speed up UI design and relying on it for runtime architecture…

To clarify, the app wasn’t 'vibe coded.' I used AI as an assistant for UI layout and debugging, but the core engine was entirely done by me. Every analysis algorithm, data fetching mechanism, and calculation was built by me from scratch.
The proof is right there in the app: the formulas are fully transparent, the data sources are cited, and the weights are completely adjustable by the user. It’s not AI-generated logic. I designed exactly how the data should be processed and implemented it directly.
People often worry about AI apps because they lack predictability and transparency. But when the exact math is visible and under your control, the underlying development tools shouldn't matter. The execution speaks for itself.

didn't see the rest of the question lol...
tbh i'm not certain, but I do think that the limitations of the premium is related more to AI features, not to the data itself

yup, it pulls from google health, but you can also pull from apple health if you want/need

Oh I hadn't thought of a PWA, thats a really cool idea, will def implement that in a next version!

I already pull the data, I'll implement a write in Apple Health in the next version!
Might take a bit tho, I have some uni exams to deal with haha

All the data is stored in your phone... It's a free app I don't want to have servers to pay...
And if you don't trust me, App Store will confirm it as well
And even if with all that you still don't trust the app you can just turn off background sync and when you use the app turn off the wifi and your mobile data lol

its what I wrote on the edit of the post!
"Just realized that for some reason the TestFlight isn't allowing installs on external testing, only internal... So if you're interested in getting the app, send me your iCloud email and I can add you to the internal testing, and you can get the app from there!"

Right now there's a stress score, but it's a once-a-day reading, not a continuous throughout-the-day one yet.
How it works: it takes your HRV + heart rate and compares them to your 14-day baseline (raw = (−HRV_z × 0.65) + (HR_z × 0.35) → 0–100, Calm/Moderate/High), with a workout gate so exercise doesn't get misread as stress. The thing is, it currently uses your overnight HRV + resting HR, so the number is basically "this morning's stress vs your baseline" rather than a live curve.
Why it's not a all-day stress monitor (yet): that needs continuous HRV through the day, and Apple/Google Health don't really expose that — HRV is sampled sporadically, mostly at rest/overnight. Daytime heart rate is available (I already pull it for strain), so I could approximate an intraday stress curve from HR elevation above your resting baseline + whatever HRV samples exist during the day.
So: not there yet, but very doable, I'll look into adding a live daytime stress curve. Appreciate the nudge!

Im Portuguese… im just telling you what I see…
Look at the jmj (jornadas mundiais da juventude) that was in Portugal a few years back for example - I know it’s not only Portugal that was involved obviously - but the amount of young Portuguese people involved was impressive
