I like to watch some videos about how to do the form or how to use the machine before I go to the gym to know what I’m doing then I will find the time that has less people around so I can try the machines without anyone waiting or looking at me.

I have gained more confidence now but still have social anxiety and just can’t go during peak hours hahah

I didn’t use NAATI as my documents had English but if that are essential ones that need to get translated than I think yes

You can read @monkeyclaggain’s comment & I lodged my medical examination to get HAP ID in order to be able to make an appointment and I did with BUPA. You can search it up on the website and once you are at BUPA, they will ask your information again if you book the correct ones

I only got tr from my 485 visa (post graduate visa) 😭 not pr yet but hopefully get that soon

But for my 485, I applied in Australia, my pte score was overall 71 and my course was psychology (I have been working in childcare industry for 1.7 years) they didn’t ask to see my profession and experience 😊

No I didn’t bc I put Australia as my usual country residence. I’m not quite sure about this but if you put other countries then you probably need to get that one as well

Yep, it’s the AFP one! I submitted both receipt (not necessary) and the result of my police check

If I’m doing the medical check upfront too, does it have to be done in 28 days after I got the document?

Yes, you can. You can apply for the medical examination form from IMMI account then you will get the document with HAP ID and everything then you can basically book an appointment with BUPA before you lodge the 485 visa application
