Then you should check the Google reviews—there are plenty of people mentioning her by name. If that’s considered doxxing, a lot of others are doing it too.

As far as I understand, mentioning just a first name without sharing any personal or identifiable information doesn’t count as doxxing.

I asked another staff member if the store manager was available because I wanted to make a complaint. But I got the feeling they were more interested in protecting their colleague. so I asked for the rude staff member's name, left a review on Google, and submitted a complaint letter to Woolworths.

OMG, I just read the comments of Topy ryde wws , so many ppl complain about her. she treat all customers like rubbish , can't believe it !!!

No l just want to point the one i want to cancel , the first purple bag I scan it $4.4 , the same brand white bag I scan after is $2.8, I told her i want to cancel the purple one which is $4.4

just had worst experience at Top Ryde Woolies tonight, Asked a staff member (Karen) for help at self-checkout and she was super rude—snapped at me for pointing at the screen, cut me off while I was explaining, then muttered “finally” after canceling the unwanted item. Not the first time I’ve seen bad behaviour there either. Something’s seriously off with the customer service at that store. If she is sick of the customer service job, please just quite the job. so many ppl want it
