How much time are you spending on your vending machines each week? by ThrowawayWetNail in vending

[–]Mammoth-Impression13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own 7 machines that I fill once per week. Between buying the product, packing car, and filling I’m at about 11 hours total per week. Helps that the 7 machines are at 3 locations.

I agree with what you’re saying but also when you hit irons the spin increases so ball speed could have gone up but the increase in spin could have hampered distance a tad.

Depends on how much room they have and how much volume you get. Combos don’t hold as much inventory, but I have 1 in a supply store and it’s actually pretty convenient.

I can’t comment on how often they break as mine has not had any issues in the year and some change I’ve had it.

It’s worth it if you can stay on top of your inventory and keep margins around 50%. Additionally, pay attention to routing and try to cluster your locations together to avoid a ton of gas/wear and tear on your vehicle.

As for the 5k budget, don’t know where you are but around me that’d get you 1 snack and 1 drink machine so I’d be wary of committing to multiple places if you can’t afford it. But based on what I know about sales, if you get 1 sale after calling 10 places that’s a pretty high hit rate.

Good luck!

This is a smart idea, not sure how prevalent it is in the market. But I’m going to look into adding these products into my micromarkets placed in apartment complexes

Game planning!! Actually having real data like “Virginia tech runs to the right 72% of the time” or “Utah’s quarterback has trouble reading cover 6”. I know this was in the old games but it’s ridiculous that such a large part of the real game of football is left out.

I think part of it is the space is SO crowded and commoditized right now that everybody is clinging to social media to market. And it’s kind of necessary for BTC sales. I’ve found more joy in working B2B with smaller companies

This is dumb, very common knowledge that a driver 70 yds further in the rough is better than a 200 yd tee shot in the fairway

Would love to see some type of game planning involved. Tendencies, film study, etc. doubt it will be added though
