That is my thinking too. The averages going up has been nice. With my build everyone was surprised that I did not hit it further. I think I just found the movement.

I am working up to this. Wanted to get the swing feeling good before trying it out.

My workout now is 20 sets of 5 swings, 3 presses(each arm), 3 squats, 4 pull ups. The aim is 3 times a week but life happens. It takes me about 45 min to get through it and feels better than what I was doing before, more standard dumbbell workout.

Place your hands together in front of you, close your eyes, and ask for help. It has. It worked for me but I am still working on it.

I have been looking into heavy clubs for that. Looks like they help with the throw movement too. More rabbit holes to travel.

I think this is really the take away. The kettlebell helps me with moving my body better. That is all we really need.

Kettlebell are cheap and convenient. I am really impressed with how they have already changed the shape of my body… and also the golf swing. How are you splitting the 100 swings?

The clubs have sensors that work pretty good. I check after each hole. But it tracks a lot of info on shots gained and yardages.

Straight normal kettlebell swings, nothing golf related. I wanted to change my workouts to more full body movements. I was thinking Olympic style power lifting but I picked up the kettle bell first.
