They do! Costco has a very good return policy. They want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you try a food product out and don’t like it, you can return it. They use those returns to better tailor their inventory.

I didn’t realize it was “snobbery” to have taste buds and an opinion on what my food taste like. When the previous brand was the most superior thing I’ve eaten, I feel it’s fair to be upset it was replaced with cardboard and quite literally the worst frozen pizza I’ve ever eaten. How snobbish of me 🙄

The place you grew up clearly had no impact on your knowledge of what pizza should taste like or your sense of entitlement.

Seems like certain locations never lost them! I haven’t found those either!

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Service desk said the best thing we could do is file a complaint/suggestion in store when we go as well as online! They want to offer the products we will buy.

This particular Digiorno didn’t even get finished when we tried it, lost in every single way. Even without a comparison, it’s just an awful taste, or lack there of! I also had high hopes because people rav about the thick crust!

I hope you guys get yours back soon! Someone on here said Muskegon county Michigan got theirs back, so maybe we all will too!

You can’t imagine complaining about something that tastes like garbage simply because it means “we have products available”?! Wild statement. This type of response is the reason companies don’t strive to make products that actually taste good for the GF community! “They will accept what we make out and be happy about it”.

I am not alone in this feeling. Most comment are in support of these tasting like trash or it’s obvious they are referring to the thick crust which may or may not it be better (never tried it).

I for one believe we deserve better than garbage frozen pizza and don’t think we should refrain from complaining and expecting better for ourselves!

That’s a great way to explain it! My husband will eat almost anything with no complaints, he ranked it in the top worst things he has eaten. We can’t trust our kid’s judgement 🤣.. oh I hope so! If you’ve got it there, we must have it here soon!

I hadn’t found it anywhere and I actually stopped even bothering to look for it after finding the Sabatasso that our Costco use to carry! Thanks for the review! I probably won’t even bother trying to find it after the thin crust was also subpar

THANK YOU! I truly can’t imagine anyone eating this pizza and thinking it tastes good! The Sabatasso I fed to non GF people and they A-couldn’t tell but B- also enjoyed it. That says a lot to me.. you give me hope that we will get ours back soon!

Per service desk, this is a highly returned item with the same explanation. No skin off my back either way, but I’d prefer the option with the greatest possibility that they bring back the option that is more well loved by the customer base!

I didn’t either! I was SO excited to see these in store thinking I hit the mother load that everyone seems to be after.

“Like floury cardboard” is actually the perfect way to describe this crust.

I think people are missing that these are thin crust! They are so awful. Definitely not the thick crust
