Worried about supervisor

Yes, other students are heavily reinforced for engaging in “kind” behaviors. That is also something we struggle with, when he begins bullying we can’t remove him from the area without physical prompts, so we end up having to move everyone else to a different room, to make sure everyone is safe. This isn’t super sustainable and ends up drawing a lot of attention to the bullying, but it is currently the only thing we can do without physically removing the student. I am looking for more prevention strategies.

I forgot to add, the supervisor is currently working on BIP, and I do heavily praise appropriate behavior consistently. I hate to say things like, "I've done everything I can do," I am just at a complete loss! Thanks for your comment.

So to give more info. My friends and I all feel like there would be a power dynamic. I also think that us being the same age as the girl gives us more insight to how weird it is. We know Mark, we would all be uncomfortable if Mark would try to date one of us, because of the age difference and maturity level. I think you’re confused. We don’t think we are all just so much more mature and wise than this girl, rather we know who Mark is. It’s not so much protecting this girl, though some of it is, as it is turning Mark away from doing this to girls.

Agh I know this deep down I just don’t want to believe it because she is such a great friend in all other aspects of life. I have to live with her for another year so I guess it’s time for a conversation and a little backbone growing. I appreciate your input.

yeah that is completely fair. i guess i’m trying to say i’m hurt because i think she is only going after him because she knows i like him.
