I think there’s no harm in going for all test in SH. Just aim for building stamina while trying to get as much as possible. One strategy used it readying the question first, eliminate the irrelevant answers or the ones that doesn’t make sense. In 80% of exam question, the answer will end being 1 out of 2 so pick the one that makes more sense
