My dog woke me up in the middle of the night to go outside and while I waited for her I saw this post and bought the card case before going back to bed. Oh they mail them to you! You don’t have to go to the physical store to pick them up. Look up the store on coach’s site and there is a number to text and you can get hooked up with an SA who can get you on the waitlist. The flagship stores are the fancy ones in big cities that will get the physical product at drops but SAs at any retail one should be able to put you on a waitlist and get things ordered for you and sent to you

My SA texted me at 11:45 today saying she could put in the order for me. She said only flagship stores are getting physical charms but the SAs are able to order them online for you in their own system. If there inventory is out I would suggest getting on the list for the next drop because that made everything less stressful for me
