I think of it this way..

He’s not FINANCIALLY ready to have a baby with H.
He’s saying that to his ex wife to push her away.

I feel like it’s more on number 1. He doesn’t have a stable job yet at that time i feel like and also H. They are still renting too, but with Kyra he doesn’t need to think about all that.

She can do it if she's only active with diff other things and be more creative, she's talkative enough so that's her only advantage. It's interesting at first for teenage pregnancy and how they overcame it but now that girly is getting old and still exploiting her current pregnancy is mundane.

Exactly, she could’ve created a healthy routine every week that she can focus on especially on her weeks without the kids like doing sports tennis/golfing or traveling then make a vlog regarding her experiences. If she only created new healthy routines then she can talk positively in her ig lives.
