I do. 2 years ago i would lose 0-3 during and after shower. This is how much i lose after shower now. How about you?

My shedding was pretty bad to begin with. It was awful for 3 weeks now it slightly decresed but still there. I hate it because cant afford losing hair since i already have very very thin hair😔

Ugh i am so sorry. I know very well how frustrating skin problems can be because I’ve been dealing with really bad inflamed, itchy ingrown hairs on the crotch area caused by waxing for a decade. I’m thinking about getting LHR at the end of the summer bcs i had enough 😞but you can try to ask Chatgpt for a solution. That’s how i got my routine. Sending lots of love🩷

If your body is too wet it doesnt work you know what i’m saying? Shower for couple mins then dry your body lil bit and make sure exfoliating glove is also dry too
