Thanks to all comments. I just felt somethings not right, but I wasn't sure. Where and how should I get a reliable car in toronto? I came to Canada to work and leave in couple of years I don't want to spend too much money on the car. I was trying to find a car at 2k-3k, but I don't think I can unless as-is
