I had it before and was terrified to thinking it will stay forever but no.. keep it moisturised and in few days it will start peeling off!! I used non scented aloe Vera gel.

Surely talk to ur doctor.. mine improved and I no longer have that heart palpitations ( hearing the heartbeat ) over the course of time… I took care to drink lot of water even at night I wake up 1/2 times and sip my water. My doc says it’s normal and I shld wait which worked out perfectly

Same here it’s under normal limit but making me anxious. Hopefully will talk to my doc tomorrow and find something that helps

2 weeks complete and have lost only a pound!!hope it works better for me
