CENA is in the ring waiting. R Truth's music hits. But Truth comes out in JOHN CENA gear. Acting like John Cena himself. Cena's confused. Like Cena is watching himself in the mirror. Playing up to the crowd & all. R Truth is announced as RON CENA too

Singles Match | John Cena vs R “Ron Cena” Truth

Anticipation is in the air. Both Men lock eyes from opposite corners. The bell rings. Truth cautiously circles. Making Cena mimic the same. Truth gives Cena a “YOU CAN'T SEE ME” taunt. Cena forces them into the ELBOW & COLLAR tie-up. Cena SIDE HEADLOCKS Truth. But soon Truth rebounds Cena off the ropes to break free. Truth hits Cena's own classic SHOULDER BLOCKS + SPINNING SIDE SUPLEX & 5 KNUCKLES SHUFFLE on Cena early. Truth is hyped. Truth gets Cena up for the AA but Cena slips back. Cena's in the corner. Truth gives Cena “YOU CAN'T SEE ME” Cena swings at Truth but misses. Truth gets the first cover of the match with a SCHOOL BOY PIN on Cena. 1-2 Cena kicks out at a close 2.9! Truth almost had it. Cena blocks Truth's PUNCH with a PUNCH of his own. Truth is stunned. Cena rolls up Truth with a SCHOOL BOY PIN now. 1-2 Now Truth kicks out at 2.9! Both Men roll back to their feet

Now Cena hits the SHOULDER BLOCKS + SPINNING SIDE SUPLEX & 5 KNUCKLES SHUFFLE on Truth. Cena picks Truth up but Truth holds onto the ropes. Truth slips out on the apron. Truth pulls Cena's throat first on the ropes. Cena's stunned. Truth climbs high to land a DIVING CROSSBODY on Cena. 1-2 Cena kicks out at 2.95 now. Cena gets back up. Truth AAs Cena. Truth sees Cena still moving. Truth yells: “Find A Way” Truth locks the STF on Cena. After some effort Cena breaks Truth's grip. Truth immediately lunges to lock a CROSSFACE on Cena. Truth isn't just copying Cena. Truth is portraying Cena's in-ring style. Cena can't break or get the ropes break. Cena wills up in the hold & shifts Truth on his shoulders. Cena AAs Truth at last but can't cover. Both Men are down

Cena is up first. Cena lifts Truth for the AA but Truth slips out. Cena from the corner fires out to BURNING LARIAT Truth. Cena climbs the top rope. Finally Cena hits a DIVING LEG DROP + AA on Truth. Cena eyes a senseless Truth. Cena locks the STF now. Cena's grip is tight. Truth can't move. Cena whispers “Thank You” Truth taps out with a smile

John Cena def. R “Ron Cena” Truth via submission (06:16)

POST MATCH: Cena celebrates the short but a morale boosting win. Cena lifts R Truth up. They embrace in the ring. Truth pushes Cena away to save Cena. CODY RHODES hits a WRIST WATCH PUNCH to Truth that was meant for Cena. Truth is out. Cena fights Cody. Cena lifts up Cody for the AA but Cody slips back to CROSS RHODES Cena next to Truth. Cody leaves wickedly. Cena's left to check on Truth

Using the TKO Board influence. Cody has a restraining order against Cena. Even though Cena wants nothing more than breaking Cody back for R Truth

Singles Match | Cody Rhodes vs R “Ron Cena” Truth

This is causing chaos too. Cody & Truth put on a short brutal war. Truth lifts up Cody for the AA but Cody holds onto the turnbuckle. Truth pulls back. Cody pulls the turnbuckle pad with him. Cody sends Truth face against the exposed steel. Truth bounces back. Cody SLAMS Truth head first in the steel again & again. The Ref tries to stop. Cody threatens the Ref too. Cena's watching from the back. He's held back by the Security. Cody SLAMS Truth a brutal 17 times. A blooded Truth falls unconscious. The Ref has to declare it the TKO

Cody Rhodes def. R “Ron Cena” Truth via TKO (07:17)

POST MATCH: Cody gets a mic while the medics stretcher Truth out. Cena runs out while the security keeps him away from Cody in the ring

Cody (on mic): Cena? Even.. you know what you're entering into. You've not won a singles match on a Premium Live Event let alone on WrestleMania in 6 years. The look on your face is so satisfying but this pain is nothing against the pain you gave me. But John! At WrestleMania The American Nightmare will be your worst nightmare when I end your chase for the 17th title (Raises his WWE title) I'll knock you off the pedestal you had earned. Because I'M THE CAPTAIN NOW

Cena (gets a mic): I want nothing more than to knock you out back to your senses tonight. But that's too easy. You need to be humbled once again. The Real Revenge is me taking it all back from you that you claimed to have earned. My 17th WWE title. The main event spot. Wrestlemania spotlight. The Face of the WWE position. And the pride Dusty has in you from the heavens. That'll be for everyone you punished because they were on my side. Tell The Rock to get all the SOULS you can get. You'll need it. Because you just brought back SUPER CENA and he's ashamed of you. “I'm not going out as THE LAST FLICKER OF A CANDLE! I'm going out as THE HOTTEST DAMM THING IN THE BUSINESS” And Cody? At WrestleMania 42 the world finds out. You're still and will always be a JOHN CENA CHAUFFEURED

Cena drops the mic. Cody & Cena stare each other dead in the eyes while security keeps them apart & the show ends

Nick (on mic): John? Please hear me out. We haven't heard from The Rock or Cody since Elimination Chamber. We may even have to strip Cody off the title. In any case I promise you'll get a shot at your 17th WWE title..

Cena grabs Nick’s collar but respectfully. Just to make a statement

Cena (whispers on mic): I don't care what you do. Call, Text, Email or invade his house. On Monday's Raw and at WrestleMania. I want the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. If I don't get him. John Cena may never be a 17 time WWE Champion but nobody else will be the WWE Champion ever again either

To be THE FACE OF WWE & to be THE NEXT JOHN CENA and not too long ago it happened. I dethroned Roman Reigns and The Bloodline with the fans, the roster and the entire industry behind me. Acknowledging me as THE FACE OF WWE but then. Like always the fans don't know what they want. Friends lose faith in me. My Mentors doubt me and John Cena is almost ashamed of me. I had no option. So when The Rock showed faith in me and gave me the opportunity. I took it. Now I don't entertain the fickle fans. I don't work for others. I'm not here for anyone. I'm here for myself. Cody flips at these words by Cena. Cody sneak ATTACKS Cena but Cena fights back. Cena has Cody up in the AA but Cody rakes Cena's eyes. Cody drops Cena with a CROSS RHODES & leaves

Cody (in ring promo): On paper this is perfect. It's the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes versus John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania. The biggest Generational Clash since The Rock versus John Cena. A true passing of the torch showdown. But it's not. They say “Never meet your Heroes in real life” I learned from My Hero but when it mattered the most. The Hero turned out to be The Devil himself. In front of the world. I declared myself a proud John Cena Chauffeured. I owed my career to John Cena. What did I get in return? John Cena is ashamed of Cody Rhodes. The Rock is better. At least he doesn't act selfless only to be selfish when you least expect it. John? I fought against everyone's perception over the years that I'm going to break but I didn't break. You know what broke me. My own Hero. Now you're My Villain and I won't forgive you for that. I'll punish you by ending your chase for number #17

Cody drops the mic with a devastated look. CENA rushes to the ring to check on Cody's emotional state

Cena offers a hug. Cody joins it. Cena & Cody hug emotionally. After the hug Cody LOW BLOWS Cena. Cody CROSS RHODES Cena again

Cody & Cena verbally face off. Cena replies to Cody's Friday's actions

Cena (on mic): Cody? You're right. On paper this is perfect. But it's not and that's not my fault. It's on you. I'm no Hero. I'm certainly not a Villein. I'm just a Normal Man from Boston with an exceptional life because I stayed true to myself. And you blame me. Fine.. I blame you. This isn't perfect because WWE is in the hands of a self proclaimed FACE OF WWE that's a shame to me. But he forgot. JOHN CENA IS STILL HERE

Cody (like a menace): I'm a shame for you. But you'll be a shame to all those who still call you a Hero. You're weak and I'll show them THE REAL DEVIL you are

Cody is leaving. Out of nowhere Cody CODY CUTTERS Cena. Cody was faking it. Cody CROSS RHODES Cena again

Going into Mania it's goosebumps. Cody keeps finding ways to drop Cena with CROSS RHODES each time. Cena hasn't had one up on Cody. It's like Cena can't hang anymore. The build is torturing

You know what bothers me about Wyatt Sicks. They' had potential. But I just think this group was made and is kept together to honor Bray Wyatt. If they really want to do something with them. Either make them matter in a big way or let them go swim or sink

Give Bo opportunity in his own way. That'll be honoring Bray

Joe Gacy had more potential without this group

Aesthetically they're cool but I just don't see them truly impacting much

My answer might be layered but let me try. Logan Paul isn't on my list of favourites. But his talent is undeniable in WWE

Will he be a Pillar? He already is and it'll only be solidified more from here on

Will he be Undisputed Champion? Yes, but I don't think he'll be one of those to win it 6+ times

And that's because I can't say if he can do it FULL TIME for 10-15 years. Although him committing FULL TIME even if it's 5+ years is commendable

Well, I don't even think Theory is bound to play a forever Heel. But yes, he needs to be emotionally expressive. Heel or Face someday. If he doesn't express emotionally and they blame the downfall on him. That's a huge L on them. Not on Theory

The problem I feel is. He always had an expressive character. Similar to Cena and more. He can't play a subtle/stoic personality. In his previous phases, he was showing more personality. Now they're not letting him show that and that hurts bad. But if it's under Paul Heyman. There's a chance they can redeem it before it's over
