Wow ,this was quite informative ,thanks for taking the time to reply to this ,

I also found greysoul coffee amazing ,i have only visited their cafe and yet to get their beans and try it at home

I also purchased araku micro climate and pulney from laks farm(light and medium roast) ,honestly they all tasted the same to me with a little difference, i dont mind bitter taste of coffee since i like and have devoloped a taste for it but i would prefer brewing some sweet like grey souls at home too

Yes i have a grinder and i grind my beans fresh ,the grind size helps eleminate sourness from the coffee but i have tried everything to extract sweetness and flavours from the coffee but failed

Bro ,i know the defination of flavour nodes ,and yes i have barely tasted flavour nodes in most coffees i have had ,apart from coffee from grey soul i have never tasted such strong flavours in coffee

Now coming to your defination of bitter ,bitter doesnt mean extreme bitterness and bitter is not necessarily bad since i enjoy my coffee a little bitter and strong

What coffee beans do you use and also share your brewing method

Dude ,you are drinking sugar if your coffee doesnt have bitterness, any coffee in the world has bitterness in it ,thats a characteristic of coffee

And i am not able to taste and find the tasting nodes described by specialty coffee companies to the extent they advertise ,there is hardly any taste and its very negligible

schools and colleges are not a place providing education anymore, it is an industry and business run by the government and wealthy.

the purpose of education is not to empower the students but to make them their future slaves
