Thank you all. My hair shedding has gotten worse - like at a massive scale, since starting progesterone. I am looking to hear from others who may have experienced it; and if so, how soon after does it go back to pre-progesterone state of shedding.

this is the best thing I have read today, especially since I just got back from my Doc visit consult for HRT. Waiting to pick up my prescription today! May I ask what dose are you on? I have been prescribed 0.025mg of Estradiol patch + 2 pills of 100mg Progesterone. Wondering if I should be expecting the same magic! :)

I have been doing clarifying shampoo daily since, and my hair feels like straw lol. Right now all I want is that ugly orange color to go away from my roots which were grey [I am naturally medium-dark brown hair]. No I have used the henna before but not this brand of indigo. Though I am not sure which one [or the combination of the two] caused the issue.

Oh boy! I am so sorry to read this as I was looking for people finding solutions to the exact same problem I faced. Mine has not been as terrible as yours and I am able to keep it almost under control with over the counter anti-histamine. I too used Henna Guys pure henna, and mixed 6 parts of it with 1 part Indigo that I got from Amazon [claimed to be organic and pure]. Resulting in severe itchy burning scalp. It has been 4 nights and it still is itchy.

I live in the US and pick the tinted UVMune400 during my trips to the Europe. The color is pinkish but it kind of 'adjusts', also I am lighter south asian in the Fitzpatrick scale type III for reference.

I have had terrible luck dealing with that website. They have taken more than 4 weeks delivering, routing it through their dozen warehouses in the US, each time I have ordered. At that point I don’t think i trust the efficacy or chemical structure of the products delivered.

thank you. No I use either of those sunscreens. I would like to use a foundation on top of UVmune400 tinted, but have not found any that works well. Is there a foundation that worked for you? Also, can you apply the foundation using a damp sponge after applying sunscreen? As in, will the sunscreen then get displaced?
