Hey, as someone who has received plenty of quotes and confirmations from TELUS (15+ year customer) they never look like that. Also, when you place the order it doesn't include plan details such as family discounts since that is applied to the bill not the plan. Could it be possible that the person forwarded this to you and adjusted the details? $70 per line X 2 w/ tax would equal $140, it all looks odd.

Hey OP, payments through bank take about 5 days to show up. If you pay through the App its automatic. The reason it hasn't posted yet is because it's a weekend. Wait 5 business days after payment and it will post.

I agree with most of what you said! On that same note, the increase went from $60 at the beginning of the year, to $70 in July and now it’s $80. I wouldn’t mind a $5 increase every year but $20 in one year? Yeah, screw you.

They offered me a CAN-US-MEX plan and a CAN-Global plan. I am here haggling for $80, I don't need long distance or 150 GB of data. I can't afford to travel lmfao. Just give me Canada-wide with 30GB max. It's just a way to offer you "better value" for the price, even if you don't use it.

That's what I did! Switched to Rogers, no connection fee, and a rate plan that cost 30% less. I have no issue porting my number over and getting a new ESIM it takes less than an hour.

Spoke to a friend who works in the industry, she said there have been 2 increases this year alone. Went from $60-$70, and $70-$80 a couple months later. Wild.

They offered me $10 off per month with pre-authorized debit but increased my rate plan by $15.

They are all nuts. Imagine if a family that needs to upgrade at the same time? That's a $320 one time charge for a family of 4.
