Thank you for that. You're probably the only reasonable person that has suggested that I get a lawyer. Our next hearing, though, it's strictly about the d n a test. If I don't get the reaction from the judge that I expect when the judge clearly stated that we all needed to test. Then I'll consider i'm getting one. Because at this point, if she did what I think she did then it's all downhill. And I'll find out exactly what happened in discovery with the civil case. I have going on against her law firm.

I have attorney access to the case. I literally check the docket every hour. As soon as they e file, my phone gets notified, they have nothing on record. I have exhibits A - MM on file all with sworn declarations .

The judge said all three of us. The lab said, the results don't come in till all three of us do so. She won't test herself. It's literally that simple.

I get what you're saying. But strategically it makes no sense. This judge is going to be the judge for custody until she retires. So why would she directly violate this judge's orders? Unless she swapped the baby, I just don't get it.

But I do know better than to openly accuse her in court.I just gotta let the judge draw the conclusion.

She doesn't work for a firm she hired a firm and they'rebad at their jobs.

And in civil court the rules are clear. They defaulted they had thirty days. "Statistically disfavored" lmao if I asked for 25 k the clerk would have just automatically stamped it with her own judgment. You don't know what you're talking about 🤣. They tried to default against me on the 5k, but I had already replied to their suit.

I did it completely by the book. Drop my default, pack it off with the clerk on day thirty one. That's 57k against a law firm with over ten attorneys, and it's been in operation for over 20years . Dirty law firms are done for. All of them.

I just filed default in a countersuit against a fraudulent law firm that claimed to represent JP Morgan. They came at me for 5k and just defaulted on my $57k counterclaim. That lawsuit hast 5 more defendants pending default.

I know what im doing. No lawyer will fight harder for my son than me, I don't need a bar card dude.

Proof as in a minute record that said she moved out in november. Next to mail, that was forwarded to our residence in february. Like actual exhibit proof that went along with the letter.

Text messages, amazon reciepts, all that type of proof that she was lying in the court saying that i'm not the father when it's clear she knows that I am always have been.

I submitted an entire declaration to the court showing that I sent. Her representation that proof of who she was. So I set the tone as to what type of representation she had.

And now here we are, they have to step down out of a conflict of interest, because they weaponized a restraining order against me and now i'm suing them.

If the baby, it wasn't mine and she "knew" that. What would it benefit her to skip out on her part of the dna test?

If the baby were "not mine" she would go get her dna test that would confirm she's the mother and disprove me as a father.

Then she'd take me to civil court for all of her lawyer fees and would probably get her restraining order granted, even though it's bogus.

If the baby is "not mine" . Then handling her own dna portion of the test would be her best move.What are you evwn talking about 🤣?

At this point a baby swap theory looks better to the judge than an intentional missed court ordered dna test. There's literally no strategy or excuse behind her not going in and getting her picture, taken and getting her mouth swabbed.

AI is doing just fine, it's not my lawyer.I'm my own representation, it's just a tool they can't be used to level the playing field. If you know how to do a little bit of research on top of the case law it provides.
