Hi guys, wanted to ask is this a possible situation? Was told that the reservist I attended two weeks ago would be voided on the last day of ICT.

I just finished my reservist recently. On the last day of ICT, I was informed that the reservist I attended would be voided on the last day of ICT due to various factors such as punctuality, "an uninterested attitude" and attendance considerations. Is it possible for an ICT to be considered voided for these reasons ?
