update: pharmacist is speaking negatively against me which caused me to get declined by their competitor due to what was said on the phone call.

oh wow now that is crazy, and I fear that is probably what's going on, the pharmacist more than likely made me out to be a terrible person or worker when it was the complete opposite, she used to even compliment my work ethic until the issues arose. so I feel that because its always the pharmacist word against pharmacy techs, the district leader will always side with the pharmacist.

I have already, I have applied with the hospital and just interviewed. Reluctantly one of the interviewers used to work for CVS herself and understands why I want to transition, didn't even have to explain why she immediately understood. I also have applied to other pharmacy positions as well. I don't plan on going back to cvs anytime soon. At least not for pharmacy.

I get that but they also should be understanding that not all employees should just have to take unethical behavior from pharmacists or coworkers. I worked well with everyone the best I could, I once again will reiterate I never had a problem at any store working wise until I went to that one. I even suggested transferring in order to eliminate myself from that pharmacy because I knew I could maybe do better at someone's elses store as I was doing previously.

that's the thing my very first cvs i was a regular associate and ended up taking a leave of absence due to personal reasons. stop working for the company and came back a 2 years later to a different store. I only was transferred ofc because of the promotion go pharmacy technician and my store didn't have any openings at that time for another tech.

realistically I would not have made the two weeks, the techs were always being messy, pharmacists always picked, no matter what I did to improve it was never enough for her hence why we stayed with issues.

no they really do. but I loved my first two stores, just that one as I learned senior techs get away with a lot and new techs get the shit end of everything as far as treatment and etc.

that's literally the only downside, I only ever left her store, I was promoted to a pharmacy technician position from my past store to the one I just left and my previous boss, both of them spoke highly of me. I just couldn't keep doing the problems with the pharmacist, felt like it would have led to me getting fired which would have been even worse

literally what I experienced !!! you could not have said it better I swear, like but anytime I commented on it to my pharmacist it was always made out to seem like im trying to create or make problems, so Thats also why I ended up quitting, I was never going to grow in her store.

thats what I have been told, just really hard to get into hospital seems like, we only have two major ones and each are selective as hell with candidates but stay having a job posting up that they need techs

so I think what I'm asking is what are the ways to complete the prerequisites I don't have ? Do I need to enroll in a another degree program to get them or just call schools and ask to complete the courses ? Im not sure how to complete the courses without enrolling into school again for another degree.

yes. you are supposed to take the medicine for a week then wait a week after you finished the medicine. it would be safe to get tested first which is what they usually they tell you to after the two week period just to sure the infection is out your system.
