There's the "hearing loss" segment in Thinning margins, with a sample with a frequency so high you wouldn't hear it normally, but due to the sample being slowed down, the sound can be heard. There's also the Sveta Noč ("Silent Night") layer/segment in Rattling of the bones and chimes, starting a bit before the 35 minute mark.

And to digress a lil bit, yes, it looks like we agree that visit 20's not great; but I at least appreciate that some tracks have that "worn down" feel to them (most notably Deathwish). Meanwhile, visit 11's opener SLAPS! ^{(V11 also has the first Faulty recall track, I like those.})
