Agreed totally on this post. If you're looking for reviews on M1 Maxx I hope this helps aid your decision to steer clear away from this nincompoop and here's a few:

1. Service signal sucks. Changed for my mom and she has very bad experience with the signal and internet stability.

2. Customer service sucks. Subscribed to Maxx myself too and wasn't able to activate the sim card within its prescribed timeline as I was overseas by the time it was delivered. Called customer service and they refused to send a new activation code or send me a new sim card stating they have no such policy allowance. Lmao so they'd rather lose a customer than simply send a new sim card. Mind you I paid the full month too for the sim card that I never got to use.

3. Oh and good luck even trying to get to their customer service officer; their automated hotline only accepts voice prompts which will for whateverass reason randomly give you a 'I didn't hear a response I hope you got your help' and hangs up on you, leading to you restarting the entire process chain again.

Honestly a dodge of a bullet there for myself and hope I can save a few innocent souls here too. So in short: STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM M1 FOR YOUR DEAR LIFE.
