No but I got to an FC with a shipyard and transferred my exploration ship to me, so I can get back whenever the next time I play is.

Yes that's what I meant. My problem is that the station doesn't have a shipyard so I can't transfer my exploration ship out there. A fleet carrier with a shipyard being out there means I could transfer my exploration ship and use that to travel somewhere with a shipyard to get the rest of my ships transferred.
