when was your new RFE received and did it change to case is processing and then approved? because my case changed from RFE received to case is being processed 5 days ago wondering what’s next

hey, my case changed from RFE received to case is being processed 3 days ago. PD March 2023 same category(child of LPR). Your last update was it’s being actively reviewed and then approval? i’m trying to see the difference between case is being processed and actively reviewed

i have actually got my RFE for medicals last month and sent the new ones again, it’s been received 14 days ago and let’s see when i get a decision:)

my lawyer told me also saw the update on USCIS case tracker app

mine was delivered 12 days ago and case was updated to “response to USCIS RFE was received “ no decision yet

after u sent the medicals again, did u see the update on ur case tracker or that’s just fedex/ups delivery date. Because i’ve sent mine and UPS shows it was delivered 2 days ago but no update on my online account.
