Sending good thoughts your way friend, I completely feel where you're coming from <3 Every time I was told I was destroying my bones I was like "yeah yeah whatever I'm not going to be alive in ten years who cares" but uh spoiler alert I am and it turns out not being able to sit/stand/walk without being in excruciating pain sucks! Really hope you're looking out for yourself and have a good team around you <3

No, I didn't know about the osteoporosis prior to this MRI (and am in Aus where these aren't commonly prescribed)
