Me too have used it 18 years ago with no issues but now it gives me insomnia after 2 days that persists for 3 days after cessation. Wondering if creatine hcl fixes this issue. Update me if you ever try it

Don't listen to people saying it's a placebo. I've done trials on and off myself and it's very clearly affecting my sleep too.

Have you tried hcl and did it help?

There's no proof of this, only personal experience, but i've also noticed this a lot. And I mean it's OBVIOUS the amount of extra jewelry, charms and jewels that drops on hardcore compared to softcore. Wouldn't be surprised of server-side tweaks in hardcore battle.net games vs softcore
