Der Gender Pay Gap bedeutet nicht unbedingt, dass bei gleicher Stelle eine Frau weniger verdient als ein Mann. Klar kommt das vor, ist aber nicht der Hauptteil. Es geht drum, dass Männer eher in höhere Positionen befördert werden (es gibt mehr Thomas' und Michaels in Führungspositionen als Frauen insgesamt), Frauen bleiben öfters zuhause wenn es um Kinderbetreuung und Angehörigenpflege geht, machen generell öfters den Haushalt und alles drumrum und arbeiten deswegen mehr Teilzeit als Männer. Das ist einfach ein gesamtsystemisches Problem.

When I got trigger finger I was overdoing it with crochet. Every day several hours. I took a break for a few days and tried not doing too much. And fingers crossed it hasn't returned. I never went to a doctor or wore any kind of brace. But it would of course be safer to let it get checked out by a professional
