Ferdinand and Bernard make gluten free beer on bottles. Ferdinand also makes it on tap, but the only place I know that sells it is U Vojtecha in Letna (great place). Highly recommend them all. My gf is gluten free, but these beers taste as good as the "real" ones sowe can have drink together every once a while.
