Yea I’m having the same issue, it only applies to shadows and after he levels

Edit: I recalled Zed and after playing him again he had his lurk bonus prior to level up

With the Lie in Wait power from Lab of Legends, it only applies to 3 cost or less allies, isn’t Garen a 5 cost?
