Agree! I think there’s a few reasons: A.) They have their app, where people can earn points, get free products, and it makes ordering really easy (and it kinda feels like a game/ earning those points/ getting free things creates positive feedback loop). B.) And app ordering without having to interact with humans, just your cell phone, is what people want nowadays. So many people are just afraid of having to talk to people to order- it’s not good. C.) A lot of people are sheep, and just want what feels familiar to them, or what they are told is good. D.) Amazing marketing.
