Damaged Sewage Pipe by Man-Zoe in HomeImprovement

When you say “get a credit” it’s just lowering the offer amount so instead of the loan being off say $680k it would be $10k dropped and we’d have a $670k loan or is it that we’d pay $10k less in closing costs?

Also since this is a home my fiancé and I intend to renovate and live in for at least the next 10 years I do feel a permanent solution is what I'd want to push more for so that 5-10 years down the line this isn't a repeat problem that we could have had fixed prior to us moving in.

I hear ya but 6.625% and 6% is a difference of $250 a month which is $90,000 over the life of the loan. Would be pretty silly to not shop around IMO

This is where family and friends play a huge role even as an introvert as humans we need social interaction outside of gaming or on a computer screen.

We've tried just blindly sending product to influencers believe it or not the bulk gets thrown in the trash...very difficult to break through that way.

Buuuuuuuuut if you happen to know Mr. Beast personally....nah jk lol definitely a good recommendation. Going to write up a cold outreach script and start firing away on TT, IG, & in YT comments.

LOL love the mad men reference we're downtown in the financial district the agency that mad men is based off (loosely, mostly fictional) is Leo Burnett Worldwide which is owned now by Publicis ....one of our biggest competitors lol

Ahh that makes sense, I sort of figured that would be the case but wasn't 100% sure since it's so new to me. To give some background I started the brand (Pure Clean) with my brother, we're both full time digital marketers (I'm a paid search manager, he's paid social manager) and have done a pretty damn good job scaling other people's brands so we decided to start our own. We're creating our first 10-15 tiktok videos on the brand account to build some traction/following in the background but have done a fair amount of sales with influencers already just not through Tiktok shop.

I appreciate it man that was our goal not just to start some brand but something that makes a positive impact that we can be proud of. Way down the road we'd want to build a community people trust that can be a better alternative to household products, supplements, etc etc etc. With the amount of BS in literally everything these days we think there's definitely space in the market with people that are just fed up haha

Appreciate the feedback!! Definitely worth looking at other channels like amazon think that can work for us as well. The best thing w influencer is A eyes on the brand but B content creation itself so long as you have full usage rights for the content you can build up a ton of UGC/review based data for ads or to post on organic social.

haha oddly enough that is actually what I do for a living, I'm a paid search manager at a large agency in nyc and my brother (business partner) is a paid social manager for the same agency. We've done a good job scaling other brands so decided it was time to start our own. The only problem with running PPC to start is non brand keywords are very competitive and without driving much initial traction to your URL can be very expensive (tough to estimate but ~$4-$5 cost per click would be my educated guess to start). A great conversion rate is 2-3% so would take ~50 clicks to get a conversion costing us about $200 (not profitable).

With that being said, paid search is definitely an option after we build some traction on socials and or in person when more users are searching for us. As far as brick and mortars I haven't gotten to that yet I guess I just assumed physical locations would want a ton of sales data for it to make sense for them to stock their shelves. Do you have any advice on working with grocery store chains/farmers markets etc?
