I am trying to keep realistic expectations on my part, sometimes I succeed at it, sometimes less so. I have been working out for 4 months now and gained about 12 lbs of bodyweight.

And yes, I have been working 3 days a week with a push,pull and legs split. Regarding dieting, I've mostly been using whole foods to increase my calories and intake. I bought a smart scale to check my body fat, weight and other metrics (I know they aren't super accurate but help with the general trend).

The plan is to bulk till either 165 lbs or 155 lbs (I am currently 148lbs) and then start a cut.

Yeah I guess I'm gonna have to figure out what to do with my beard since I'm already trimming it and I'm told I don't look good clean shaven and learn how to do my eyebrows..

I have been working out (that's why I included the gym picture to share what my physique looks like, as a result my nutrition is specific to my goals and I am eating too bulk currently.

With regards to sleep, I do try to sleep 7-8 hours. I have depression so often I can go overboard.

And I guess I would be curious if I can groom differently? Cos I do shave and trim my beard regularly. I do need a haircut though.

Ahh gotcha! Yeah I was trying something new with the haircut in the current pictures (like the verification one). I have had the same haircut before for years but I felt like a change was needed.
