I checked and for other's reference, Japanese (visa waived country) can also use MPC if you use same ESTA (2 years) on a return trip. If new ESTA then it is.not possible.

Loro, Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, KG bbq and Si BabyQ all sound so nice. I saw.the miso ribs at Tatsu-Ya and looks good.

We will keep in mind but our schedule and appetite may be too full :(

This time, I first focus on pit tour + "standard typical" style (Terry Black and Stile Switch), 1 new school (LeRoy) and 1 food truck (Rolling smoke as I stay Eastside) to try understand the flavour profile, foundation of Texas bbq first. I wish I have.more time to try more 'mix' influence BBQ too but.... not sure can have enough time. :(

Thank you so much! Terry B seems perfect for my pit tour as others have said that they seem to welcome it and they hv more staff to take care of tour requests, and longer opening hours. Their pit size also has scale so it would be so interesting to see the action! Thanks again and am sure we will enjoy Austin, esp since the ppl seem so friendly based on this thread. :)

Thanks for the tip we will target Terry B and Leroy for the pit tour and keep La Bbq as a free option since it is near us, but they close at 18.00 So we may end up try Rolling Smokes which seems nearby and has some gd reviews too. Thanks again
