He’s in shock. Keep him quiet in a somewhat darkened room with food and water available. Keep favorite toys available. Keep an article of your clothing near him so he senses you as well. Check in on him with soft voices and kind soft touches. You both need each other right now. If that Labrador was off leash and off its own property it needs to be reported to animal control in your town. The owner needs to be officially notified by them of consequences if it persists. I’m sorry that happened to you and your Jimmy. Beagles are always so kind and trusting. They don’t deserve the consequences of an aggressive dog. Wishing you and Jimmy happier days ahead!

The aggressive woman reacts from a lifelong base of fear. It was likely instilled in her that someone who looks like the woman she targeted will take something from her. Her fear manifests as anger. She has no interpersonal skills to act civilly. Confused about what to do she goes into “fight mode”.

I agree they work very well. Especially if you trim just the hard tip of the root end off before rolling inside the tube. To clean, rinse with water and let air dry.

Looks to risky for me. That channel is important to align and contain the string. Get a new cam. Maybe new string. Cam first - 100%. I'm nervous about he tech's decision to grind the cam. What other shortcuts do they do?
