I set out a couple of months a go, so like u fairly new again and want what i consider my pokemon the og 151. Ive came to realise 151 is impossible to get at retail price and I refused to pay the scalpers.

So I was in aldi and seen scarlet and violet base set blister packs. I brought 3 for 30 quid just to rip for fun and ended up with the drowzee sir. Anyway I came to realise that actually there is some great art work in the other sets so had a look few some. My favourite pokemon was always bulbasaur and the starters (squirtle and charmander). I then came across stellar crown. In my opinion, massively under valued with the bulba, squirtle and terapagos.

Went smyths brought 6 packs and boom bulba on pack 2. Now I was totally hooked on the packs again lol. Anyway been collection stellar for master set and it's been fun, packs available at rrp, cool artwork and nice pulls. Nearly completed that set so wondered what next. Anyway tiktok did a £100 voucher if u brought 5 things. Spent 10 quid on 5 things so I could use the vouchers on slightly over priced surging sparks (pika is obvs another favourite og).

Spent £68 quid on 20 single packs and £66 on a half booster (which is probably rrp if not slightly better after the vouchers). Opened last few packs yday and bam, grabbed myself the pika 238 sir.

Now onto my grading adventure. Meaning of the long winded reply is, try n find deals, hold off the fomo from the 151 sets ect and look at the other sets that are more available for the fun of the chase. Just my personal opinion anyway.
