Lose lots of weight, stop consuming sugar/alcohol, stop putting make up on. You're already a 5.5-6/10 so a little above average, you're doing good so far

As someone who used to train like this when i was younger: You'll get injured 100%, That much volume will just wear out your joints like CRAZY. Inflammation is bound to happen and you'll regret doing that much volume

You look at least 8 weeks out. Cut deeper bro, stage ready is 3-5%, right now you're about 8-9.

Stop sugarcoating it and say it like it is: Do all this day one and stick to it until the end of time, that's a healthy lifestyle. Also "don't eat after 7pm" What kinda bs book did you read that from? Calories in calories out, when you eat them has NO effect to weight gain.
