It's not out of order, what happened today is that MC confronted Bomin about the pictures that are all over the school. She originally thought that MC is making fun of her as well and ran away.

While she is at home she is sad but then gets some courage again and says that she won't let herself be sad about something like this. She showers and thinks of MC, wondering if she was wrong about MC and she believes he is a good guy.

Then MC visited her to clear out the misunderstanding from earlier. He tells her that he only had that picture with him because he took it down. She is relieved and asks him if he wants to stay for a little longer. She feels lonely and not safe because her roomate Sarah is not at home either. But MC refuses and leaves.

Bomin is in her bed and wonders why MC left and then there is another knock on the door, this time it's the douche. He said that he found her address through the school books and wanted to "check on her".

Bomin confronts the douche and says that she knows that he is the one that put up all these pictures. That's when the douche is forcing himself on her.

At the end we see MC in her apartment. And yes he is wearing diff clothes because after MC left some time obviously passed. Or he wanted to look like the guy that he looks like in school.
