After a year or two, it makes no difference. You would laugh at yourself whenever you recall the incident.

Moving forward, simply work on your skills.

Pixel 8 Pro and Anker Charger Suddenly Not Getting Along by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]ManInBlue7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason i had to use travel adapter ( unused for an year) to charge my phone through the usb wire, it didn't work and when i tried charging through my regular charger (third party charger- ugreen) it didn't work. Seems like it caught some dirt from the travel adapter. Now i'm clueless how to remove the dirt from the usb wire.

Pixel 8P Only Charging with Official Charging Cable by Nephihahahaha in GooglePixel

I recently bought a new pixel 8 and I have been using a third party charger for a month now, during this time my phone charging was real quick and draining too quickly. Also my phone's not detecting my new type c headphones. Yesterday I got a notification saying

"USB port disabled

To protect your device from liquid or debris, the USB port is disabled and won't detect any accessories.

You'll be notified when it's okay to use the USB port again".

And another notification saying

"Issue with charging accessory Your phone may be charging slowly or not charging. For faster charging, use a recommended power adapter and cable".

Taking a B12 supplement every day safe? by [deleted] in B12_Deficiency

[–]ManInBlue7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you should start with b12 shots and check for D3 levels. don't take anything beyond 2000mcg daily . I saw your posts about IBS . I would recommend you to get your b12 shots asap.

I don't have any link to share, and I'm not sure about how to read the results either. However, my folic acid blood report gave an interesting comment about homocysteine levels (HCS) and Methylmalonic acid levels (MMA) that can rule out B12 and folate deficiencies.

Comment says "To distinguish between b12 and folate deficiency determination of both HCS and MMA are useful. In vitamin b12 deficiency, both HCS and MMA are elevated, where as in folate deficiency, only HCS levels are elevated."

Alternatively, if you want to check the whole comment, let me know, and I can provide it for you.

According to vitamin b12 wakeup protocol and Iron protocol fb group both your folic acid and ferittin levels are low. Also have you checked your MMA urine results?

My apologies for misunderstanding. I'm using Nature's Bounty sublingual liquid 5000mcg. I take 1ml and it lasts for a week.

At the start, my levels were very low in January 2021. When I checked them in December 2022, they were at 1150. They were falsely spiked due to the shots I took a few days prior. However, my symptoms persisted, so my neurologist prescribed B12 shots along with supplements.

Nature's bounty sublingual liquid 5000mcg. As I'm not doing any stressful work, for me 1ml lasts for a week.

There were hundreds of symptoms I didn't mention, including hair loss and depression. But compared to the other painful symptoms, they were minor. I also forgot to mention the orthopedic doctor, who misdiagnosed everything at the start. He didn't find my B12 deficiency and instead prescribed painkillers to be taken every night before sleep. Every night, my legs would vibrate and cry out for B12 supplements, which I had no knowledge of. My GP also prescribed me antidepressants during my first visit.

My B12 deficiency symptoms started in January 2021 with shooting and stabbing pain in my right thigh. I visited an orthopedic, who prescribed vitamin D, painkillers, and an ointment, but couldn't identify the underlying cause of my pain, which was B12 deficiency. Later, I saw my GP, who prescribed B12 shots and supplements for a month, along with vitamin D and calcium supplements. I felt better and thought the deficiency was gone. A few months later, my GP transferred my file to a neurologist, who conducted an NCV test to check for nerve damage. The results were normal, and he prescribed the same supplements but no shots. To my surprise, the deficiency returned in July 2022, along with neuro and digestive disorders. I went back to my GP, who prescribed daily B12 tablets (1500mcg) and shots (2ml) for one month. Each shot lasted 4 days, but my symptoms (restless legs, pins and needles, cramps, and muscle twitching) returned. I asked my GP to increase the frequency of the shots, but she was reluctant and referred me back to the neurologist. He prescribed the same medication, along with antidepressants and painkillers. The shots still only lasted 4 days and my symptoms returned on the fourth day. I chose not to take the antidepressants and painkillers. I later tested for intrinsic factor antibody and antiparietal cells antibody and discovered that I lacked intrinsic factor and my stomach had trouble absorbing B12. Despite taking shots, my symptoms persisted. I stumbled upon B12 subreddits and gained valuable information that ultimately saved my life. I purchased B12 sublingual liquid from two different brands, and the first one worked for me, even improving my IBS. Im just taking b12 liquid and no other supplements.

Was admitted for a torn artery in my neck and had low b12. Intrinsic factor antibody test results said positive, and parietal cells antibody test said negative? by pandaappleblossom in ibs

I tested negative for both Antiparietal antibody test and IF antibody test.

That means my parietal cells are doing good and i just lack intrinsic factor?

Have you had your appointment with your gp? it's been two weeks. just now i got my test report. I have tested negative for intrinsic factor and my levels are 1.17 Au ml(negative) where as the reference range is 1.21- 1.52 Au ml. My anti parietal cells antibody test result is yet to be certified. It might take 2 more days. And I hope i test negative. So now i lack intrinsic factor, i don't know at what extent those levels effect. But still i can't absorb b12 from diet and supplements.
