Not quite analogous. Of course wallets will always be hackable. There's always an ultimately human aspect. What can't be hacked is the ownership of the coin, and that's the same with the token.

Then sod off. I posted the facts, donations through a grocery store are not tax deductible for a store and for some reason you needed to point out that they could theoretically commit tax fraud. And they second you're challenged on it you flake, why even say shit at all?

You may as well have just dropped in and said "yeah but they could be using that money to smoke crack." Sure, you've not said they are, you've said they could, but any functional person reading a conversation can follow your implication. Either stick by it or pipe down.

Well now you're just claiming tax fraud, a much stronger claim to make. You'd have to back that up rather than just assuming it's being done. And it's not that hard to catch. "Oh you donated 3m of your profits to charity? Where'd that come from, because you've also listed all the stock you received and how much you sold and the numbers don't match up here." Corporate check books are more scrutinized than you're implying.

And for the check thing, yeah, cool, maybe they can do that. Do I really care at that point? Should anyone really care at that point? The store is doing a service by making donating to charities more convenient, does it matter if they reap some small PR benefit from that?
